When you share your story and upload evidence (images, videos), this content is stored securely and is associated only with your unique retrieval code, not your personal identity.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your stories and evidence. However, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge the inherent risks of sharing sensitive content online.
Stories are stored for approximately 6 months from the date of submission, after which they are permanently deleted from our system. Your unique retrieval code will no longer provide access to your story after this period. Evidence remains accessible to you during the 6-month period through your Evidence Locker.
Bold Voices may use third-party services (such as Firebase) to host and manage data. These services are bound by strict confidentiality and security agreements. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services.
You have the right to access, delete, or request information about your stories and evidence. To do so, use your unique retrieval code to access your Evidence Locker. You can manually delete stories at any time through your account interface.
